As if Hilary Duff's unexpected musical comeback wasn't enough excitement for one month, the "Come Clean" songstress has announced an "extra special" surprise for her fans as she prepares to release her first album in over a decade.

The Younger star took to TikTok on Friday, Nov. 21, to share a snippet of her version of one of her old classics, "Wake Up," originally released in 2005 when Duff was 17 years old, which is featured as an exclusive track on the "Mature Edition" vinyl of her upcoming sixth studio album luck … or something.

"You may have noticed that the Mature Edition Vinyl is extra special," she wrote in the caption, revealing that it includes not only the version of "Wake Up," but one of "So Yesterday," too—versions she's calling "'(Mine)'✨."

"It feels really cool that this vinyl will celebrate both the new and the old," she added. "I’ve been obsessively watching you all bop along to Mature but also hope you enjoy the trip down memory lane … ✨🍒🪩."

Hilary's Versions Are Highly Sought After

While fans were thrilled for the new vocals on "Hilary's Version" of the tracks, many in the comments pitched their favorites for future re-recordings, another encouraged the Disney Channel alum to "re record everything," suggesting her next album be "metamorphosis 2026"—a la Taylor Swift's Taylor's Versions.

"I would die for metamorphosis 2026," another agreed.

"With all due respect, all millennials want until we die is nostalgia and memory lane. 😂🥰," someone else hyped up the singer, with another emphasizing, "I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS IS REAL LIFE."

"This Hilary Duff comeback was NOT on my 2025 bingo card but I’m here for it ❤," another comment read, with a final fan declaring, "I have CHILLLLLS."

They Serve as a Sweet Little Sneak Peek at the Upcoming Album

The full track list of the new record is still under wraps, but Duff has teased the theme of the songs, making it clear in her announcement that the music reflects a personal season of her life, admitting that "so much love, late night anxiety and a little chaos went into making this album."

Duff debuted the first single, “Mature,” on Nov. 6, with news of the album following later that same month, on Nov. 21.

Luck … or Something hits the airwaves on Feb. 20, 2026. While signed copies of the vinyl are already sold out, the "Mature Edition" is still available for preorder.
