A two-time *Survivor* winner is headed back to a reality competition series about being stuck out in the elements, but this time, she won’t be the one suffering.

** can exclusively report that the Queen herself, Sandra Diaz-Twine, will be starring on season 2 of *Extracted*, which premieres Jan. 26 on Fox. And she won’t be alone. Sandra and daughter Nina Twine — who competed twice on *Australian Survivor* (including once with her mother), and won the USA channel’s *The Anonymous* — will be stationed in Headquarters while Nina’s boyfriend, Eric Rivera, is stuck trying to survive out in the Canadian wilderness.

Will Sandra and Nina — who will watch Eric’s exploits on a 24-hour live feed — show mercy on their loved one and push the Extract button to put an end to his misery, or will they push *him* instead to stick it out and claim the $250,000 prize?

Well, we also have the exclusive first look preview of the season below, and judging by Sandra’s parting words to Eric to “bring home the win or don’t come back,” it would seem to be the latter. And her later comment that “I’m not pushing no button,” would then appear to confirm it… unless you want to take the double negative literally.

Of course, Sandra knows a little something about suffering off the grid. Not only did she survive 38 days of Jonny Fairplay to win *Survivor: Pearl Islands,* but she also survived 39 days of Russell Hantz on *Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains* to become the franchise’s first two-time winner. (She also made it to the final five on season 2 of *The Traitors*.) So, in her eyes, Eric can probably just deal, even if we do see him at one point begging, “Please hit that button.”

******Of course, Eric is not the only one suffering out there. The preview shows other amateur survivalists taking part in an ice cold plunge, some less than appetizing wilderness meals, and classic reality TV retching, while also managing a full blown… BEAR ALERT! Yes, there is actually a giant sign that flashes BEAR ALERT as one black bear just kind of moseys right by one of the contestant shelters. We also see two bears attacking a tree, for reasons that remain unclear. (Giant scratching post?)
